Picture yourself brightening someone’s day. When you join our Hotels team, that’s exactly what you’ll do every time you come to work! You will develop and implement innovative sales strategies to boost our food and beverage sales. Conduct market analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and identify new market opportunities. You will work closely with our culinary, food & beverage, and marketing teams to create irresistible promotions and events. As a Food & Beverage Sales Manager , you’re not just a sales professional – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.
Here’s what you’ll do during a typical day:
- Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth: Develop and execute sales plans to maximize F&B and banquet revenue, including upselling and new business opportunities.
- Client Relationship Management: Build strong connections with clients, planners, and key accounts to drive repeat business and satisfaction.
- Event Coordination & Customization: Collaborate with operations and culinary teams to tailor offerings and ensure seamless event delivery.
- Market Insight & Reporting: Analyze trends, competitors, and feedback to refine sales tactics and improve performance.
- Team Leadership: Lead and develop the F&B sales team, fostering a high-performance and growth-oriented culture.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration & Compliance: Align efforts with other departments and ensure adherence to brand standards and legal policies.

In addition, this role requires the following minimum qualifications:
- Degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field
- Sales Manager: Minimum 3 years in sales, including 1 year in F&B
- Senior Manager: Minimum 5 years in a managerial role, preferably with international hotel chains
- Proven success in similar roles
- Proficient in CRM systems for managing guest interactions
- Strong sales strategy, client relationship, and team leadership capabilities
- Excellent English proficiency (spoken, written, and reading)
- Additional languages are an asset
