ACS Motion Control IsraelPosted Jul 13, 2026

Join ACS Motion Control and help shape the future of precision automation.

We are looking for a talented Control Engineer to join our Control Group. In this role, you will collaborate with our R&D, Applications and Support teams to develop advanced motion control solutions for some of the world’s leading high-tech equipment manufacturers.

This role combines strong control engineering fundamentals with modern AI-assisted engineering practices. We expect our engineers to use state-of-the-art AI tools to accelerate development, analysis, simulation, documentation, and problem solving — while maintaining a deep understanding of the underlying control theory, physics, and real-time system behavior.

You’ll work on cutting-edge applications in industries including Semiconductors, Photonics, Life Sciences, Mobile Devices, and Flat Panel Displays, solving challenging real-time control problems and bringing innovative motion control technologies to life.

What You’ll Do

· Develop advanced motion control algorithms and real-time multi-axis applications.

· Analyze, optimize, and tune feedback control systems for high-performance motion applications.

· Use modern AI-assisted engineering tools to improve productivity, explore solutions, generate and review code, analyze data, and support technical decision-making.

· Collaborate closely with customers to design, develop, and support innovative motion control solutions.

· Define requirements, validate performance, and contribute to the development of new products and features.

· Work closely with cross-functional teams including R&D, Product Management, Applications, and Customer Support.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

· B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field.

· Fresh graduate or up to 2 years of professional experience.

· Strong foundation in control theory and feedback control systems.

· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Solid understanding of modern AI-assisted engineering tools, including their capabilities, limitations, and emerging trends.

· Hands-on experience with one or more of the following tools: Claude, Codex, or similar AI-assisted development tools.

· Familiarity with software development principles and programming in one or more of the following languages: C/C++, MATLAB, VB.NET, or similar.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.

· Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Preferred Qualifications

· Experience in motion control, mechatronics, automation, or robotics.

· Experience providing technical support or working directly with customers.

· Familiarity with industrial automation, precision motion systems, or semiconductor equipment.
