**Introduction**
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Master Data Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and governance of master data while providing excellent customer service and supporting business operations through efficient data management.
**Your role and responsibilities**
As a Master Data Analyst, you will:
* Oversee and maintain master data across multiple ERP and business systems, including SAP, Jira, and Evolve.
* Process master data requests from various business units while ensuring compliance with established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
* Conduct regular data quality reviews to ensure data accuracy, completeness, consistency, and integrity.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements, prioritize requests, and resolve master data issues.
* Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and audit requirements by maintaining accurate documentation.
* Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance data quality and process efficiency.
* Provide timely customer support by addressing inquiries related to master data processes and requests.
**Required technical and professional expertise**
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in Master Data, Financial Systems, or a similar finance-related role.
* Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP and workflow management tools like Jira.
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
* Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet established deadlines.
* Knowledge of accounting principles, financial processes, and data governance practices.
**Preferred technical and professional experience**
* Experience with Evolve or other Master Data Management (MDM) platforms.
* Familiarity with Service Level Agreement (SLA) management and KPI-driven environments.
* Experience supporting global or cross-functional business teams.
* Knowledge of audit and compliance requirements related to financial master data.
* Continuous improvement mindset with experience identifying process optimization opportunities.
* Experience working in shared services or global business services organizations.
