Job Summary

As a Loan Servicing Specialist within our Loans team, you will be responsible for carrying out assigned tasks while adhering to Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Your role may involve any combination of processes, including Cash Operations, Loan Setup & Maintenance, Loan Account Management, Drawdowns, Rollovers, Repayments, Pre-payments, Property Tax, Payoff & Fees, Insurance Origination & Servicing, within Real Estate Loan Servicing. This position provides a valuable opportunity to develop your skills and contribute significantly to our operations.

Job Responsibilities 

  • Consistently meet established Quality & Quantity targets.
  • Ensure full compliance with process-related policies, guidelines, and controls.
  • Complete all servicing transactions within the SLA on the same day.
  • Promptly follow up with upstream & downstream partners for any missing notifications.
  • Pay close attention to detail to ensure accurate processing of all documents.
  • Identify process changes to enhance productivity and efficiency.

 

Required qualifications, skills and capabilities

  • Willingness to work night shifts (North America Shift)
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in the Financial Services industry with a proven track record of delivery.
  • Understanding of business financial statements and Real Estate loan operations.
  • Strong research, analytical, and comprehension skills for analyzing large data sets.
  • Ability to manage clients effectively, build partnerships, and lead while engaging with multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Effective time management and prioritization skills to meet business objectives.
  • Strong communication skills (Both written & verbal) with the ability to work independently on multiple assignments.
