Reporting to the Accounting Supervisor, this role is responsible for supporting the smooth execution of accounting, tax, and reporting operations through the management of supplier accounting processes, reconciliations and regulatory compliance requirements. This position is offered on a temporary contract basis.What We're Looking For:We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized professional with a strong sense of accountability and commitment to operational excellence. A proactive, solution-oriented mindset, high level of integrity, and the ability to work effectively both independently and within cross-functional teams are essential. The ideal candidate is adaptable and reliable, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:Posting and monitoring accounting entries related to purchases, expenses, and local & international suppliersManaging imports, customs documentation, and warehouse-to-general ledger reconciliationsMonitoring payments, account reconciliations, and supplier balance agreementsSupporting myDATA, VIES, and Intrastat reporting processesManaging tax obligations related to foreign suppliers and reverse charge transactionsIssuing and recording revenue invoices and ensuring submission to myDATAPreparing and reconciling tax and regulatory reports for public authorities and regulatory bodiesMonitoring leasing agreements and other corporate contractsCollaborating with internal and external partners to ensure accurate and timely completion of accounting and tax-related processesQualifications
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar roleBachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics or AccountingVery good knowledge of SAP (at least 2 years of experience)Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English.Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).The Benefits:At the Estee Lauder Companies, we believe in rewarding our employees for their dedication.
