Summary
Oracle NetSuite Professional Services is seeking a Senior Principal Consultant to lead the functional design and delivery of NetSuite implementation, transformation, and phased deployment engagements for Industrial Manufacturing and Equipment customers.
This senior, client-facing role combines NetSuite ERP expertise with a strong understanding of manufacturing, supply-chain, and financial business processes. The consultant will lead customer discovery, translate complex requirements into scalable solutions, guide project teams through key design decisions, and deliver high-quality outcomes within agreed scope, timeline, and budget.
Success in this role requires the ability to operate independently, build trusted customer relationships, lead functional workstreams, partner effectively with technical and project-management teams, and contribute Industrial Manufacturing expertise to both project delivery and sales pursuits.
Required Skills/Qualifications Include

5+ years of relevant professional experience, including substantial hands-on NetSuite ERP implementation experience and direct experience working in Industrial Manufacturing, Equipment, distribution, or other supply-chain-intensive organizations.

Proven ability to serve as a functional lead or lead functional workstreams on medium-to-large ERP implementation projects.

Strong understanding of accounting, financial, and Industrial Manufacturing business processes, including general ledger, procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, inventory, purchasing, production operations, work orders, bills of materials, routings, WIP, fulfillment, and operational reporting.

Ability to translate customer requirements into NetSuite configurations, functional designs, workflows, reporting, automations, customizations, and implementation plans.

Background defining requirements for and supporting third-party integrations, data migration, data validation, data quality, testing, and deployment activities.

Strong client-facing consulting, facilitation, written, and verbal communication skills, including the ability to lead stakeholder discussions and explain solution tradeoffs.

Practical use of AI-enabled technologies beyond basic chatbot use to improve analysis, documentation, automation, research, and consulting workflow efficiency, with appropriate human validation and professional judgment.

Professional fluency in written and spoken English is required. A bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field is preferred; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
Preferred Skills/Qualifications Include

NetSuite certifications such as SuiteFoundation, Administrator, ERP Consultant, or other relevant functional, manufacturing, supply-chain, or technical certifications.

Familiarity with NetSuite Advanced Inventory, WIP and Routings, Manufacturing, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Advanced Procurement, Warehouse Management, Quality Management, SuiteAnalytics, Planning and Budgeting, or related capabilities.

Exposure to integrations between NetSuite and manufacturing execution, warehouse, shipping, e-commerce, CRM, field service, planning, or other third-party supply-chain systems.

Working knowledge of NetSuite customization and integration concepts, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams; hands-on coding experience is not required.

Demonstrated involvement in process improvement, operational analytics, inventory optimization, profitability analysis, AI-enabled business processes, change-management initiatives, mentoring, or cross-functional delivery leadership.

Additional Language Skills: Professional proficiency in Mandarin Chinese and/or French is an asset, but not required.
Responsibilities Include
Lead the functional design and delivery of NetSuite implementation, transformation, and phased deployment engagements for Industrial Manufacturing and Equipment customers.
Facilitate customer discovery and translate finance, supply-chain, inventory, production, order-management, and reporting requirements into scalable NetSuite solution designs.
Configure and guide the configuration of NetSuite financials, procurement, inventory, order management, manufacturing processes, fulfillment, workflows, roles, reporting, dashboards, and saved searches.
Advise customers on leading practices for inventory, purchasing, production, work orders, bills of materials, routings, WIP, fulfillment, and operational reporting.
Define functional requirements and partner with technical teams on customizations, third-party integrations, data migration, data quality, automation, testing, and deployment.
Manage solution decisions, functional scope, risks, dependencies, customer expectations, and delivery commitments with Project Managers and customer stakeholders.
Review deliverables, coach consulting team members, and present recommendations, project status, and key tradeoffs to operational and executive stakeholders.
Support business-development activities through discovery, solution scoping, effort estimates, customer presentations, and transition of sold engagements into delivery.
Apply AI-enabled tools responsibly to improve research, analysis, requirements drafting, documentation, and consulting efficiency; maintain relevant NetSuite and industry expertise; and travel up to 50% as required.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only
CA: Hiring Range in CAD from: $93,900 to $143,900 per annum.
US: Hiring Range in USD from: $87,000 to $187,000 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
