If you share our passion to truly make a difference and improve peoples’ lives, please join us.Your responsibilities will include:Hunts for new/competitive business in assigned territory under the direction of a Territory ManagerCollaborates with Territory Manager and Regional Business Director on territory strategy.Had assigned ownership for specific accounts.Serves as a point person when TM is unavailable.Participates in business activities such as Forecasting, DPWs, and APAs.Develops and utilizes professional selling skills.Uses data/business tool to identify growth opportunities in priority accounts.Builds and sustains a diverse network of high-level relationships (providers, payers, clinicians).Supports TMs with contract and pricing discussions.Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree2 years’ work experience in a sales’ and/or clinical role or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Preferred Qualifications:Preferred 2 years as a Pain Stim CSProven selling abilities and drive to be a TMStrong analytical, selling, and problem-solving skillsDemonstrates a strong technical and clinical aptitude to be able to discuss & explain complex product information & complete extensive training programsProven ability to challenge or change physician behaviorRequisition ID: 630403The anticipated annualized base amount or range for this full time position will be $65,000 plus variable compensation governed by the Sales Incentive Compensation Plan (which includes certain annual non-discretionary incentives based on predetermined objectives) as well as the value of core and optional benefits offered at BSC, which can be reviewed at www.bscbenefitsconnect.com.
