As Field Engagement Specialist, you will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Enablement, and Product stakeholders to define priorities, identify market opportunities, and drive key strategic priorities. This is a highly collaborative and visible role, ideal for a leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and is very strategic.
Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement go-to-market strategies to support business objectives and employee experience.

Partner with regional and cross-functional leaders to drive the adoption of initiatives, programs, and best practices.

Monitor field feedback, performance metrics, and engagement levels to identify opportunities for improvement.

Serve as a key liaison between field teams and corporate functions to ensure alignment and two-way communication.

Act as a trusted partner to sales leadership to align field priorities with corporate strategies.

Act as a strategic thought partner to Sales, SDR, and Cloud Engineering leadership to evolve program needs and effectiveness.
7-10+ years of experience in field sales, business development, sales operations, or related leadership roles.
Strong communication, collaboration, and influence skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
