We’re looking for someone to join Autodesk’s Product Development & Manufacturing Solutions organization as a Technical Program Manager on our Data & Analytics team. Collaborate with business partners across Product, Finance, Sales and Marketing, as well as Data Engineering, Analytics & Data Science, to drive delivery of critical data initiatives. Additionally, if you live near one of our offices you are welcome to work there full or part-time based on your preference. **Responsibilities** + Own end-to-end delivery of data and analytics programs, including data platform enhancements and tooling migrations + Partner with Data Engineering, Analytics, and business stakeholders to define program scope, requirements, and success metrics + Define, operationalize, and track key business and program metrics (e.g., product adoption, data quality, pipeline reliability) + Translate business requirements into technical program plans aligned with data architecture + Identify and manage dependencies, risks, bottlenecks, and trade-offs across programs; drive mitigation plans and unblock teams + Communicate program status, risks, and outcomes, and drive alignment through planning processes (e.g., roadmapping, sprint planning) across all levels of leadership + Improve operational processes, documentation, and program management best practices + Ensure data governance, quality, and scalability considerations are embedded across initiatives **Minimum Qualifications** + 5+ years experience in technical program management, engineering, or data-related roles, including 3+ years experience communicating program outcomes to executives + Strong understanding of data ecosystems, including pipelines, ETL/ELT, and data warehousing + Experience with cloud data platforms and modern data stack (e.g. Snowflake, DBT, Airflow, Spark, AWS) + Experience delivering cross-functional data programs in partnership with Data Engineering and Analytics teams in SaaS or product-led growth environments + Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (e.g. Jira, Atlassian, Sharepoint, Airtable) + Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with experience operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments + Proven ability to manage stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Finance, Sales and Marketing + Degree in quantitative field or equivalent experience **Preferred Qualifications** + Proficiency in SQL and ability to engage in technical discussions (Python or scripting is a plus) + Familiarity with product analytics, experimentation frameworks, or clickstream data + Experience supporting analytics across Sales, Marketing and Product ecosystems (e.g. Salesforce, Marketo, Amplitude, etc.) + Experience implementing or driving data governance and data quality frameworks at scale **Learn More** **About Autodesk** Welcome to Autodesk! Join us! **Salary transparency** Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. For Canada based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $95,000 and $138,600. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range.
