You will participate in discussions, workshops, and collaborative forums with leadership and teammates to identify strengths, highlight mission gaps, and develop forward‑looking improvements that strengthen operational performance.
This opportunity allows you to leverage your current expertise while expanding into broader domains such as strategic planning, large‑scale government exercises, organizational readiness assessments, and mission-support innovation. You will mentor teammates, share insights, and help cultivate a high-performing team focused on delivering outstanding support to internal partners and external customers. You will have access to resources and professional development tools that enhance your technical proficiency and operational understanding.
