Accountabilities:
- Define architectures, standards, and best practices for enterprise conversational AI solutions.
- Lead the evolution and continuous improvement of virtual assistants, ensuring scalability, quality, and business alignment.
- Act as a technical reference for multidisciplinary teams, providing guidance on AI, automation, and conversational technologies.
- Analyze solution performance, identify improvement opportunities, and implement continuous optimization strategies.
- Drive initiatives involving Natural Language Understanding (NLU), Natural Language Processing (NLP), Generative AI, and conversational automation.
- Support the implementation and adoption strategy of IBM watsonx Orchestrate solutions.
- Evaluate new IBM watsonx platform capabilities and contribute to the strategic roadmap for technology evolution.
- Design and improve integrations with enterprise systems through APIs, microservices, and scalable architectures.
- Ensure production solutions meet quality, observability, governance, and performance standards.
- Establish monitoring practices and operational improvements for conversational AI solutions.
- Solid professional experience developing conversational AI solutions and enterprise virtual assistants.
- Advanced experience with IBM Watson Assistant, including Dialog and Actions capabilities.
- Proven experience designing architectures for corporate conversational assistants.
- Strong knowledge of Natural Language Understanding (NLU), Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Generative AI (GenAI).
- Experience working with IBM watsonx technologies and AI-driven automation solutions.
- Experience participating in IBM watsonx Orchestrate implementation or evolution initiatives.
- Advanced knowledge of IBM Cloud environments.
- Experience integrating AI solutions with APIs, microservices, and enterprise systems.
- Experience with monitoring, observability, governance, and lifecycle management of bots in production environments.
- Ability to act as a technical leader and mentor for engineering teams.
- Experience defining architectures, technical standards, and best practices for conversational solutions.
- Strategic understanding of the evolution of the IBM Watson/watsonx ecosystem and conversational automation trends.
