As a Cybersecurity Intern, you will work with the Application and Product security team to help safeguard enterprise products and applications, systems, data, and digital assets. This hands-on opportunity provides exposure to real-world cybersecurity operations, enterprise tools, and collaborative security initiatives designed to build foundational skills in the field.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support vulnerability management workflows (e.g., scanning, prioritization, remediation tracking)
- Assist in VMIRP (Vulnerability Management and Incident Response Program) Triage activities
- Contribute registering Engineering projects, maintain the project schedule, secure deliverables
- Monitor, Track and response to customer queries, enquiries and action through shared emailboxes
- Source Code Management activities in Gitlab include user management, repo management, troubleshooting
- Assist in Software/Firmware Product Release Request (PRR) checklist completion
- Provide support to Pen Tester completing the product/application secure assessments
- Contribute in Gitlab troubleshooting activities, feature enhancements in different tools, applications
- Help in creating various business metrics (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly) across different APS pillars
- Participate in incident response simulations and help document playbooks and procedures
- Update and maintain security documentation, standards, and guidelines.
- Research cybersecurity trends, threats, and best practices
- Contribute to compliance activities aligned with industry standards (e.g., NIST, ISO, IEC-62443)
- Explore and Integrate the AI tools to improve the operational activities

QUALIFICATIONS
- Currently pursuing a degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Foundational understanding of networks, systems, and security principles
- Familiarity with scripting (e.g., Python, PowerShell) is a plus
- Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills
- Motivation to learn in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
