You’ll operate with one foot in the factory and one foot in the field, bridging between our customers and our engineering team. You’ll translate the IAM needs of enterprise businesses across the Chronosphere observability platform, focusing on a wide range of areas including authentication, fine-grained access control, and access management. You must be comfortable with a deeply technical product that serves a deeply technical audience. Qualifications You will:Perform primary research, interviewing end-users and buyers to deeply understand the IAM needs of traditional enterprises. Partner with engineers and technical stakeholders to articulate, scope, and deliver well integrated IAM products and workflows.Track the stability and reliability of your product with an eye towards enterprise-grade performance.Set KPIs to articulate and measure intended value and impact for customers.Develop comprehensive roadmaps and deliverable plans to achieve...
