Accountabilities
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support scalable and reliable software delivery across cloud environments.
- Manage and improve AWS-based infrastructure using Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Terraform and CloudFormation.
- Develop and optimize automation solutions using tools such as Chef, Puppet, or similar configuration management systems.
- Support and enhance deployment workflows for containerized services and serverless applications including containers and AWS Lambda.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure smooth integration of development, testing, and production environments.
- Monitor system performance, reliability, and scalability while proactively identifying areas for improvement.
- Maintain and evolve Continuous Integration practices, ensuring modern DevOps standards and best practices.
- Troubleshoot complex infrastructure and deployment issues across distributed systems.
- Contribute to architectural decisions and drive improvements in system design and operational efficiency.
- 10+ years of experience in Software Engineering, DevOps, or large-scale infrastructure environments.
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS in production environments, including core services and cloud architecture.
- Proven expertise with Terraform (mandatory); CloudFormation experience considered a strong alternative.
- Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (e.g., AWS CodePipeline or similar tools).
- Strong background in configuration management tools such as Chef, Puppet, or equivalent systems.
- Solid understanding of containerization technologies and serverless architectures (e.g., AWS Lambda).
- Experience working with distributed systems and modern cloud-native infrastructure.
- Familiarity with Golang is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently in complex technical environments.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across engineering teams.
- Competitive salary range of $140,000 to $180,000 plus bonus potential.
