Current working schedule 2:00 to 10:30pm Monday through Thursday. Fridays 1pm to 9:30pm. Schedules are subject to change per operational needs.

In this position, you will coordinate the daily activities of a small hourly team while actively participating in warehouse operations. You will help ensure inventory accuracy and support receiving, put-away, order picking, cycle counting, and crating activities to meet customer and production requirements.In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Coordinate the daily activities of the cycle count team, including assigning work, providing training, coaching, and support.
- Lead inventory control efforts by performing cycle counts, audits, and ensuring inventory accuracy and compliance with established procedures.
- Investigate inventory discrepancies, identify root causes, perform recounts when needed, and help implement corrective actions.
- Monitor team performance and maintain high standards for productivity, accuracy, and quality.
- Inspect inventory for proper storage and physical condition, reporting any issues to the appropriate supervisor.
- Maintain accurate cycle count records, complete required documentation, and follow all warehouse safety policies and standard operating procedures.
- Support operational needs through special projects, additional warehouse duties as assigned, and overtime when required.
For This Role, You Will Need:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of cycle counting and/or warehouse experience
- ERP system experience
- Forklift license and/or experience
- Ability to use Microsoft Office tools and Outlook
- Basic Excel skills (Bonus for VLOOKUP and Pivot Table experience)
- Legal authorization to work in the United States - Sponsorship will not be provided
Physical Requirements
- Lift up to 35 lbs. regularly
- Work from floor level to 15 ft.
- Work in a seated or standing position for long periods of time
