Accountabilities
- Own and execute the website strategy and roadmap by combining customer research, analytics insights, business priorities, and stakeholder feedback.
- Analyze website performance, user behavior, conversion funnels, and customer journeys to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
- Develop and maintain website personas, ideal customer profiles, buyer journeys, and digital experiences in collaboration with marketing, sales, analytics, and customer success teams.
- Translate customer insights into improvements across messaging, navigation, UX, personalization, forms, trust elements, and conversion strategies.
- Lead the website experimentation program, including A/B testing, personalization initiatives, hypothesis development, performance measurement, and continuous optimization.
- Partner with demand generation, marketing automation, and partnership teams to create connected digital experiences that support acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Own technical website health, including SEO strategy, Core Web Vitals, accessibility, international optimization, structured data, and overall site performance.
- Lead and develop website team members, prioritize initiatives based on business impact, and collaborate with technical teams on implementation decisions.
- Evaluate and implement AI-powered tools to improve customer research, experimentation, website delivery, and operational efficiency.
- Communicate website strategy, priorities, progress, and business outcomes to executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
- 8+ years of experience in website strategy, digital experience, UX, conversion rate optimization (CRO), digital product management, digital marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of improving website conversion performance through customer research, analytics, experimentation, and user experience optimization.
- Experience creating and managing digital roadmaps, website strategies, and large-scale web initiatives.
- Experience managing multilingual, international, or globally distributed websites.
- Strong understanding of customer journey mapping, conversion funnels, buyer behavior, and digital experience principles.
- Advanced analytical skills with experience using platforms such as GA4, PostHog, Salesforce reporting, or similar tools.
- Strong knowledge of technical website best practices, including Technical SEO, AI search optimization (AIO/GEO), accessibility standards (ADA/WCAG), privacy and consent requirements, international websites, and Core Web Vitals.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence teams and executives.
- Experience leading and developing high-performing teams in digital, marketing technology, product, or engineering environments.
- Experience managing website engineering teams, digital product teams, agencies, or external technology partners is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with modern web technologies such as Astro, headless CMS platforms, or similar solutions is a plus.
- Experience using AI tools such as Claude, Cursor, Lovable, Copilot, or similar platforms to improve research, prototyping, experimentation, or delivery processes is advantageous.
- Fully remote position based in Brazil.
