Job Description
Contribute to the execution of integrated marketing programs that support the Public Sector team's goals of generating net-new demand and accelerating existing pipeline.
Responsibilities include:
Execute integrated marketing campaigns aligned with Public Sector business priorities.
Support Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives focused on strategic accounts.
Coordinate digital marketing activities alongside corporate and digital marketing teams.
Assist with multi-channel campaigns that leverage digital, web, email, social media, events, and executive engagement.
Partner with Sales and Business Development to support campaign follow-up and opportunity progression.
Execute Customer & Industry Engagement Programs
Support Oracle's strategy to educate customers, strengthen industry communities, and expand engagement across the One Oracle portfolio.
Responsibilities include:
Research, plan, and execute Oracle-led customer events, executive roundtables, workshops, webinars, and community programs.
Coordinate Oracle's participation in strategic third-party conferences, sponsorships, and industry association events that support demand generation.
Recruit and coordinate customer speakers for events, webinars, and executive programs.
Collaborate with account teams to promote customer milestones, success stories, and strategic announcements through integrated marketing activities.
Deliver exceptional customer experiences through thoughtful planning and flawless execution.
Deliver High-Quality Event Execution
Serve as one of the primary field marketing resources supporting executive and customer events across the Washington, D.C. region.
Responsibilities include:
Manage event logistics from planning through execution, including venues, vendors, budgets, registration, communications, and onsite support.
Coordinate executive participation and customer experiences.
Ensure programs are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with Oracle brand standards.
Maintain exceptional attention to detail across every aspect of program delivery.
Collaborate Across the Business
Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver coordinated marketing programs that support Public Sector business objectives.

Support integrated campaigns by coordinating activities across these organizations and ensuring consistent execution.

Track campaign and event performance against established goals.
Assist with reporting on pipeline contribution, engagement, attendance, and marketing ROI.
Identify opportunities to improve future programs based on results and stakeholder feedback.
Maintain accurate documentation, budgets, purchase orders, and operational processes.
