Accountabilities:
- Manage multiple concurrent infrastructure projects from initiation through implementation, ensuring delivery against timelines, scope, and budget expectations.
- Create and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, risk registers, resource plans, and executive-level reporting.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including infrastructure, networking, security, cloud, end-user computing, business operations, vendors, and technical stakeholders.
- Facilitate project meetings, steering committees, Agile ceremonies, sprint planning sessions, and executive updates.
- Identify project risks, dependencies, and blockers while developing mitigation strategies and driving timely resolution.
- Manage scope changes, requirements clarification, resource allocation, and delivery priorities throughout the project lifecycle.
- Partner with vendors and external service providers to ensure successful execution of milestones and contractual deliverables.
- Support both Agile and traditional project delivery approaches depending on business and technical requirements.
- Translate high-level business and technical objectives into structured user stories, epics, work items, and actionable project plans.
- Promote project management best practices, operational improvements, and consistent delivery methodologies across teams.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 8+ years of experience managing enterprise infrastructure or technology projects.
- Current Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required.
- Current Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent Agile certification.
- Demonstrated experience working in Agile environments, including facilitating Scrum ceremonies and managing project backlogs.
- Ability to collaborate with architects, engineers, developers, and business teams to refine requirements and deliver effective solutions.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand infrastructure concepts and communicate effectively with technical teams.
- Experience managing large-scale projects simultaneously while maintaining organization, accountability, and attention to detail.
- Proven ability to identify delivery challenges, remove roadblocks, and drive teams toward successful outcomes.
- Strong executive presence with excellent written, verbal, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience using project management and Agile tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, and Confluence.
- Experience delivering infrastructure-focused initiatives is preferred.
- Ability to work remotely while supporting teams and stakeholders across different functions.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.
- Competitive hourly compensation range of $65 - $75 per hour.
- Remote work opportunity within the United States, with preference for candidates located in the Tri-State area (NY, NJ, or CT).
