About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Manager of Integrations to support the Integration Management Office (IMO) and deal leads in executing successful integrations across our growing portfolio of accounting and professional services firms. This role provides critical operational and coordination support, helping deal leads and functional teams stay on track, on time, and aligned throughout the integration process.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, process-driven, and thrives in fast-paced environments. Success in this role centers on the ability to support deal leads and the IMO with strong project management discipline, reliable follow-through, and clear communication—ensuring nothing falls through the cracks across complex, multi-workstream integrations.
Key Responsibilities
Support Integration Execution: Support deal leads and the IMO in executing integration activities for newly acquired firms—tracking workstreams, coordinating deliverables, and helping ensure timely execution across accounting, finance, IT, compliance, HR, and operational functions.
Project Management Excellence: Drive each integration as a structured, high-stakes project—setting clear timelines, defining workstreams, tracking milestones, managing risks, communicating to stakeholders, and ensuring cross-functional accountability from start to finish.
Partner Relationship Management: Support deal leads in managing relationships within Current, and where applicable, with each acquired firm’s leadership team.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Support the integration lead in coordinating efforts across functional departments—tracking open items, following up on deliverables, and maintaining accountability from both corporate and firm-based teams.
Playbook Execution: Execute our integration playbook and provide feedback for continuous improvement. Identify risks, escalate issues early, and develop creative solutions to integration challenges.
Progress Reporting: Maintain integration status trackers and prepare reporting materials for deal leads and direct management—ensuring key milestones, risks, and open items are clearly documented and communicated.
IMO Support & Alignment: Support the IMO in maintaining consistency across integrations, sharing learnings between deal teams, and ensuring adherence to established playbooks and processes.
Cultural Integration: Support softer elements of integration, including partner onboarding, firm communications, cultural assimilation, and change management.
Position Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
5+ years of experience in operations or leadership roles within an accounting firm, preferably with M&A or integration exposure 5+ years of experience in integration and / or project management leadership roles, preferably with accounting or professional services exposure.

Strong understanding of how accounting firms operate, including partner dynamics, workflow models, common technology and systems, client service delivery, and regulatory context strongly preferred.
Demonstrated ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines.
Exceptional interpersonal skills with a proven track record of building trust with senior leaders and partner groups.
High bias toward action, detail-oriented, ultra-organized, and comfortable with ambiguity.
Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to manage up, down, and across.
Willingness to travel within the United States.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and excited about contributing to a growing, dynamic organization.

Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience leading integrations or complex cross-functional implementation projects.
Familiarity with common accounting firm tech stacks (e.g., CCH / Creative Solutions).
Change management or project leadership experience, even if informal.
