Mixing / Blending Operator

Job Overview

We are seeking dependable Mixing / Blending Operators to join our manufacturer team. In this role, you will accurately mix fine powder materials to create color concentrates used in the production of small plastic pellets while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Schedule

• Current Shifts Available:
  • 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
  • 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
  • 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM
• Future Schedule: Rotating 2-2-3 schedule with 12-hour shifts:
  • 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
  • 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Responsibilities

• Measure, mix, and blend fine powder materials according to production formulas.
• Operate blending and mixing equipment safely and efficiently.
• Inspect materials and finished batches for quality and accuracy.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing or production experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work around fine powders.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions.
• Reliable attendance and willingness to work assigned shifts, including the future rotating schedule.
