Application Engineer (f/m)
About The Role:
Aerospace Electronics department designs and produces an extensive range of electronic controllers for aerospace and defense in actuators control domain.
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Application Engineer to support project development and flawless manufacturing transition for aerospace products.
You will work on design and sustainability of electronic devices able to drive medium and high-power electric motors and solenoids (control logic, inverter, power stage etc.) in aerospace applications.
What You Will Do:
Collecting and interpreting technical requirements of customers (OEMs, aircraft manufacturers, system integrators).
Resolve Technical Challenges: Guides cross functional teams in diagnosing and addressing complex technical issues using innovative and analytical approaches.
Participation in technical meetings with customers, preparing technical presentations and answering questions about product functionality and integration.
Developing and performing functional and integration tests, supporting product qualification.
Analysis of defects reported by customers, Root Cause Analysis (RCA),
Verification of software and hardware errors, coordination of corrective actions.
What You Will Need:
Bachelor or Master of Science degree in electronics or related.
4+ years of experience in electronics engineering or related (Aerospace background is an advantage)
Proven experience in complex analog and digital circuits design.
In depth knowledge of electrical engineering principles, standards, and best practices
Strong analytical capabilities for in depth evaluation and data driven decision making.
Knowledge of quality standards and the ability to apply complex groupings of standards into projects (experience with DO-254, DO-178 and/or ISO-26262 is appreciated).
Strong teamwork and communication skills; ability to operate in the international project team.
Good English and Polish languages skills; able to explain technical topics.
