Accountabilities:
- Own and manage annual budgeting and rolling forecast cycles for assigned regions and business lines, including revenue, OPEX, headcount, and margin planning.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly performance reports comparing actuals vs. budget and forecast, with clear variance analysis and executive-ready insights.
- Build and maintain driver-based financial models ensuring consistency, accuracy, and auditability across reporting cycles.
- Partner with regional general managers and functional leaders to translate operational plans into financial projections and challenge assumptions where needed.
- Analyze key SaaS/fintech KPIs such as recurring revenue, churn, ARPU, and unit economics, linking them to financial performance.
- Support monthly close processes in collaboration with Accounting, ensuring accuracy of accruals, reclasses, and reporting integrity.
- Contribute to executive reporting, board materials, and ad-hoc financial analysis for senior leadership.
- Drive automation and standardization of reporting using tools such as Power BI, NetSuite, and advanced analytics solutions.
- Support M&A activities, business cases, and strategic finance projects as required.
- 5–10 years of experience in FP&A or corporate finance roles with strong exposure to budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills, including driver-based models and scenario analysis.
- Strong understanding of financial statements and ability to build and explain variance bridges clearly.
- Proven ability to work independently in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments with high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, with fluent written and spoken English for interaction with global stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Eligibility to work under a CLT contract in Brazil.

- Nice to have: experience with NetSuite, Power BI, SQL, or BI tools for data analysis.
