Job PURPOSE
The Finance Business Partner plays a key role in the Switzerland MSO organization (~CHF 300m turnover), supporting forecasting, financial modelling, and strategic decision-making with an ownership mindset.
WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
Performance Management
• Lead monthly financial reporting cycle (Actual and Forecast)
• Support S&OP process and drive forecast accuracy
• Monitor and challenge Brand & Marketing investment budget
• Monitor and challenge Overhead budget in liaison with FET team
• Analyze Gross Margin movements (GMVA) and drive interventions to improve Gross Margin
• Monitor performance and drive interventions for delivery of in-year financial targets
• Monitor working Capital with strong focus on debtor management
• Support annual business planning
• Support innovation business cases and performance tracking of innovation
Business Partnering Commercial teams
• Partner with Customer Development teams, support annual negotiations and value creation initiatives
• Review rebate agreement status, monitor monthly accrual to ensure accuracy, monitor TTS budget utilization and aged Rebates
• Drive Trade Marketing Investments optimization
• Drive cross-category customer P&L improvements
Stewardship
• Improve Order to Cash operational processes and governance (rebates, pricing, contracts)
• Perform Order to Cash and Trade Terms controls in line with internal control (GFCF) requirement
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
Experience and Qualifications
• +5 years of relevant finance experience
• Master’s degree in finance, Business, or Economics
• Fluent English required; German is a plus

• Excellent commercial acumen and strong business partnering credentials with a proven track record on delivery
• Owner’s mindset towards business challenges. Ability to tackle complex situations, evaluate alternative courses of action, and provide fact-based solutions.
• Strong communication, organizational, and analytic skills, with ability to influence and steer the decisions and work collaboratively.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and influencing skills, strong business partnering and interpersonal skills.
• Strong Excel, financial modelling and analytical skills (Power BI is a plus)
