We’ve over doubled the size of the company every year since inception and we are looking to hire in all departments as we scale.The RoleArch is seeking a Field Marketing Specialist to build and scale our field marketing function during a period of rapid growth. Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, you will own the strategy and execution of Arch’s field marketing programs, including tradeshows, conferences, webinars, roundtables, and executive hospitality events.This is a highly impactful role at the intersection of marketing, sales, and customer engagement. You will build the programs, processes, and measurement frameworks that turn events and regional campaigns into meaningful pipeline opportunities. You will partner closely with Sales, Product Marketing, Growth Marketing, and Marketing Operations to ensure every program reaches the right audiences, drives high-quality conversations, and delivers measurable business impact.The ideal candidate is a hands-on builder who thrives in ambiguity and enjoys creating programs from the ground up. You are equally comfortable developing event strategy, managing execution details, analyzing performance, and collaborating with GTM teams to drive results.Your responsibilities will include:Own end-to-end logistics for Arch's event program across tradeshows, industry conferences, webinars, roundtables, and hospitality eventsManage timelines, budgets, vendor relationships, and on-site coordination across all programsBuild pre-event and post-event workflows that ensure every program generates a clear and consistent follow-up motionMaintain the event calendar and communicate program details clearly to internal stakeholdersPartner with Sales to identify high-priority markets and design targeted, curated formats including roundtables, dinners, and intimate hospitality events that extend event momentum and drive the right conversations with the right accountsPartner with Marketing Ops and Revenue Ops to track event-sourced and event-influenced pipeline, attendance quality, and event ROIMaintain budget tracking across all programs and flag variances proactivelyContribute to the operational playbooks that make the event program repeatable and scalableReach out to us if you have:3+ years of experience in field marketing, event marketing, demand generation, or a related GTM marketing role, ideally within B2B SaaS, fintech, wealthtech, or financial servicesExperience owning end-to-end marketing programs, including strategy, planning, execution, and measurementA track record of building programs that generate measurable business outcomes, including pipeline contribution and revenue impactStrong project management...
