Accountabilities

    • Lead the day-to-day execution of Human Resources operations, ensuring efficient, consistent, and compliant HR service delivery across the organization.
    • Manage, coach, and develop the HR operations team while establishing priorities, monitoring performance, and promoting continuous improvement.
    • Oversee employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, employee transitions, and HR administration.
    • Identify opportunities to improve HR processes, workflows, and operational efficiency to support organizational growth and scalability.
    • Monitor HR metrics and operational performance, providing recommendations that enhance service quality and team effectiveness.
    • Coordinate employee engagement, recognition, communication, and culture initiatives that strengthen the overall employee experience.
    • Administer performance management programs, including review cycles, goal-setting processes, development planning, and ongoing feedback initiatives.
    • Provide guidance and coaching to managers on employee relations, performance conversations, HR best practices, and workplace issues while escalating complex matters when appropriate.
    • Partner with recruiting teams to oversee hiring operations, onboarding activities, workforce planning initiatives, and recruiting process improvements.
    • Foster strong cross-functional collaboration to ensure consistent HR support throughout the organization.
    • Requirements

      • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
      • Minimum of 5 years of progressive Human Resources experience.
      • Previous experience managing HR operations, HR programs, and/or HR team members is preferred.
      • Strong knowledge of employee relations, performance management, HR operations, and employment best practices.
      • Demonstrated leadership, coaching, and team development experience.
      • Excellent communication, organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
      • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on operational execution.
      • Experience supporting remote or distributed workforces is preferred.
      • High level of professionalism, discretion, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
      • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
      • Must reside within the Atlanta, Georgia metropolitan area and be available for occasional in-person meetings and travel.
      • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
      • Remote employment is not available for residents of California, New York, Illinois, or Oregon.
      • Benefits

        • Annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $90,000.
        • Full-time remote position within the United States (location restrictions apply).
