We are seeking candidates who model our values: invest in every relationship, lead with curiosity, champion diverse perspectives, turn inputs into actions, and uphold trust through integrity. Skills and CompetenciesAdvanced knowledge of structured finance markets, including corporate collateralized loan obligations, structured credit, and related securitized productsStrong quantitative and analytical skills with the ability to evaluate transaction structures, collateral performance, documentation, and credit risk driversExcellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex credit views and recommendations to internal and external stakeholdersDemonstrated ability to lead analytical projects, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, and mentor junior team membersStrong interpersonal and collaboration skills with the ability to build relationships and drive outcomes across diverse stakeholder groupsProven ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and deliver high-quality analysis within tight timelinesHighest ethical standards and commitment to compliance with applicable policies, procedures, and regulatory requirementsDemonstrated proficiency in artificial intelligence concepts, with hands-on experience using AI tools to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency.
