Within the COO Group is the Liquidity, Funding and Payment Services pillar dedicated to supporting mission critical Treasury, Cash, Control and Collateral Management capabilities across various Capital Market and Enterprise-wide business lines. The Product Team in Liquidity, Funding and Payment Services shapes and advances the transformation roadmap through a holistic lens including people, processes, data and technologies. Through a variety of tools and methodologies, our team strives to clearly articulate a vision for the future of our business, and drive towards it, in collaboration with our IT partners.

What will you do?

As a Senior Business/ Product Analyst a typical day might include the following:

  • Functional requirements and solution model development and ownership

  • Test case modelling, planning and execution

  • Roadmap development and prioritization

  • Thought-leadership on key and emerging technologies, competitive landscape and capital markets transformation

  • Liaise with and manage cross-functional teams to achieve buy-in

  • Report progress of project status, milestones, and achievements to stakeholders

  • Lead the comprehensive mapping, analysis and redesign of business processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for technology & automation, process improvements and home-of-best-fit recommendations

  • Establish and maintain relationships with vendors and service providers in assessing new technologies and industry trends

What you need to succeed?

Must have:

  • 4+ years of experience as a Business or Product Analyst in Financial institutions especially within the scope of Capital Markets or Payments/Cash Management products and services.

  • You are a strategic thinker with enterprise vision

  • You are results-oriented and focused on user, client and business outcomes

  • You develop and leverage structured approaches, frameworks and toolkits

  • You are an inspiring culture and change champion

  • You can captivate an audience through engaging communication and influence

  • You are highly capable of learning quickly and deeply

  • You have a broad view of the enterprise and varying degrees of appreciation for strategy, processes and capabilities, enabling technologies, and governance

Nice to have:

  • You have a great understanding of the industry trends in digitization and automation space, software providers and the factors that differentiate an organization

  • You have strong product leadership skills and the ability to own a portfolio of projects end-to-end independently, including a track record of successful product deliveries

  • You have experience with Agile methodologies, mindset and tooling including JIRA and Confluence
