As a Sr Manufacturing Technician here at Honeywell, you will play a vital role in supporting our manufacturing operations by applying your technical expertise to ensure efficient production processes and high-quality output. You will work closely with engineering and production teams to troubleshoot, maintain, and optimize manufacturing equipment and processes.
You will report directly to our Sr Test Eng Supervisor and you’ll work out of our Juarez, Chihuahua location on an on-site work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the productivity and quality of our manufacturing operations, helping to meet production goals and deliver superior products to our customers. Your technical skills and problem-solving abilities will be essential in maintaining smooth manufacturing workflows and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Perform complex assembly and testing of products according to work instructions and quality standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in the manufacturing process.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to improve manufacturing processes and resolve issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Maintain accurate documentation of assembly and testing processes.
- Preventive and corrective maintenance to equipment.
YOU MUST HAVE
- Technical degree completed, unfinished engineering degree, engineering student, or recent graduate in Electrical, Mechatronics, Electromechanical Engineering.
- 2+ years of experience as a Manufacturing Technician or in a related role.
- Intermediate English level (B1).
- Strong technical knowledge of mechanical systems and components.
- Basic knowledge of electronics and electricity.
- Working experience with multimeter.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
