Your primary focus will be reviewing development of models and monitoring their performance. You will work closely with the analytics team to manage the entire life cycle of models. You will also work with the product team and technology team to manage model deployments and changes.Suited to someone who has 6+ years of experience in core analytics function of a large bank / consulting firm and with experience of model development and handling large data sets. Key ResponsibilitiesReview of the development process and documentation for models and providing constructive feedback for improvementsRegular monitoring of the performance of all modelsRoot Cause Analysis on issues related to models and proposing solutionsReview of UAT results for model deploymentsConducting the meetings of the Model Governance CommitteeCompliance with all regulatory requirements related to model governanceQualificationsAt least 6 years of experience in an analytics role in banking and financial servicesHands-on experience in developing credit risk modelsKnowledge of different modelling frameworks like Linear Regression, Logistic Regression, Decision TreeUnderstanding of machine learning techniques and algorithms, such as Gradient Boost, KNN, etc.Strong programming skills in Python, SQL, and PySparkUnderstanding of credit bureau would be an added advantageAdditional InformationGreat compensation package and discretionary bonus planCore benefits include pension, health Insurance and term life Insurance, Sharesave scheme and more!25 days annual leave with 13 bank holidays and 3 volunteering days.
