Accountabilities:

    The Integration Specialist will support end-to-end technology integration projects by coordinating technical activities, managing project execution, and ensuring successful delivery across multiple stakeholders. This role requires a combination of IT expertise, problem-solving abilities, and project coordination skills to deliver seamless integration outcomes.

    • Develop, maintain, and monitor detailed project plans for IT integration initiatives, including timelines, resources, and deliverables.
    • Manage integration projects from planning through completion while ensuring scope, deadlines, and stakeholder expectations are met.
    • Coordinate implementation schedules and resource allocation across multiple concurrent projects.
    • Provide regular project updates to leadership and stakeholders, proactively identifying risks, resolving issues, and escalating when needed.
    • Conduct post-implementation reviews and apply lessons learned to continuously improve integration processes.
    • Prepare project status reports and documentation to support management visibility and decision-making.
    • Act as a primary point of contact for stakeholders across different teams during integration activities.
    • Provide hands-on technical support to users throughout system and application transition processes.
    • Perform integration testing, acceptance testing, and system validation to ensure business and technical requirements are achieved.
    • Troubleshoot network, identity, and application-related issues during integration projects.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical challenges and implement effective solutions.
    • Evaluate and recommend appropriate methods, technologies, and approaches to achieve integration objectives.
    • Requirements:

      The ideal candidate has a strong background in IT operations, systems administration, or technical support, combined with experience managing technology projects. They are analytical, organized, and comfortable communicating technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

      • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
      • 5+ years of relevant IT experience, preferably in help desk, systems administration, network administration, or similar roles.
      • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
      • Experience supporting Microsoft Windows operating systems, including Windows 10/11 environments.
      • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve technical and operational challenges.
      • Excellent customer service orientation and commitment to delivering high-quality user experiences.
      • Ability to remain calm, prioritize effectively, and make sound decisions in high-pressure situations.
      • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
      • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
      • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
      • Interest in or experience applying Artificial Intelligence tools to improve workflows, processes, and operational efficiency.
      • Experience with Microsoft Active Directory, including user object management and creation, is an asset.
      • Experience with Microsoft Exchange Server and Microsoft Entra (Azure AD) is preferred.
      • Familiarity with IT Service Management platforms such as ServiceNow or ConnectWise is an asset.
      • Knowledge of PowerShell or another scripting language such as Python is considered a plus.
