Accountabilities:

    • Develop and execute scalable partner marketing programs that generate partner-sourced leads, meetings, and pipeline growth through a channel-driven go-to-market strategy.
    • Manage quarterly partner marketing plans, including campaign development, execution, budgeting, and performance measurement.
    • Create and optimize channel marketing resources, tools, and initiatives that enable partners to effectively promote solutions and drive demand.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic channel partners, including reseller and technology ecosystem stakeholders.
    • Collaborate closely with channel sales, field marketing, sales teams, and internal stakeholders to align marketing programs with business objectives.
    • Track and analyze partner marketing performance metrics to measure ROI, identify improvement opportunities, and communicate results.
    • Lead cross-functional coordination to ensure successful execution of partner campaigns and initiatives.
    • Educate internal teams and external partners on marketing strategies, programs, and available resources.
    • Develop creative and differentiated marketing approaches that strengthen partner engagement and market positioning.
    • Support continuous improvement of partner marketing strategies by identifying trends, opportunities, and new ways to generate business impact.
    • Requirements:

      • 7–10+ years of experience in marketing roles, preferably within the technology industry with a focus on partner or channel marketing.
      • Proven experience planning, executing, and scaling enterprise-level marketing campaigns.
      • Strong understanding of partner ecosystems, reseller channels, and partner-driven go-to-market models.
      • Experience working with large enterprise reseller partners and technology channel organizations.
      • Knowledge of cloud technologies, cybersecurity, IT infrastructure, or related technology markets is highly preferred.
      • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple marketing initiatives, budgets, timelines, and stakeholders effectively.
      • Strong analytical skills with experience measuring campaign performance, pipeline contribution, and marketing ROI.
      • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
      • Ability to collaborate effectively across sales, marketing, and partner teams.
      • High-energy, proactive mindset with strong ownership, urgency, and a results-driven approach.
      • Ability to adapt quickly, solve problems creatively, and operate successfully in a dynamic environment.
      • Benefits:

        • Competitive base salary range:
          • $144,400 – $216,600 USD for select major U.S. markets.
          • $130,000 – $195,000 USD for other U.S. locations and remote positions.
