Job Summary: The Global Business Process Specialist, Order-to-Cash (OTC) is a key member of the Global Process Organization, with accountability for shaping, governing, and continuously improving global OTC processes and enabling systems. Operating with a degree of autonomy, this role partners closely with stakeholders across Business, GBS, IT, Finance, Customer Service, and regional operations to drive consistency, scalability, and performance across the end‑to‑end OTC value stream.

Sensitive/ confidential data handled: This role handles sensitive and confidential information as part of global process design and governance activities, including but not limited to financial information, business process documentation, system and operational data, and compliance‑related materials.
Key Areas of Accountability :
Develop a thorough understanding of project scope, timelines, dependencies, and expected deliverables
Support the delivery of project objectives and associated project and sustainment milestones in line with agreed deadlines.
Partner proactively with Business, GBS, IT, Finance, Tax, Compliance, and regional teams to co‑design solutions that are scalable, compliant, and customer‑centric.
Support the consistent adoption and application of the OTC Global Template across initiatives.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional and regional stakeholders, maintaining clear and timely communication.
Proactively identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and risks to management, and support resolution actions as required.
Contribute functional and process expertise to strengthen the overall capability, maturity, and success of the OTC GPO Team.
Act as a change leader by supporting adoption, readiness, and capability building across impacted teams.
Effectively support global time zones and travel as required.

The GBPS is empowered to influence design decisions, challenge non‑standard solutions, and ensure alignment to the global template while balancing business needs, regulatory requirements, and operational practicality across regions.
Knowledge & Experience:
Experience in Customer Service, Finance, Credit & Collections, AR, or Cash Applications within a global or multi‑country environment.
Background in process ownership, business transformation, or global projects.
Experience working with ERP systems (e.g., SAP ECC / S4HANA) and upstream/downstream integrations preferred.
