The Human Resources Executive - South East Asia (SEA) plays a pivotal role in ensuring that administrative tasks are completed on time, efficiently, and to a high standard. You are integral to the regional HR team, focusing on driving process and policy improvements, delivering programs effectively, and fostering innovation.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Your role is important, and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.

HR Processes, Operations, Administration & Reporting

  • Identify, develop and implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives in HR processes and policies

  • Oversee and execute day-to-day HR operations, including record-keeping, document management, and TMX utilization

  • Act as TMX platform champion / administrator for the SEA region, ensuring high accuracy and care in capturing relevant Team Member data for easy analysis and comparison

  • Develop and generate relevant HR reports and HR statistics as requested by HR leadership and as necessary

  • Maintain a detailed tracking system for SEA GM / HMs movements and all SEA regional and area roles, including document maintenance

  • Draft SEA GM / HMs employment agreements and announcements

  • Support the SEA Regional HR team to contribute positively to the HR function as a whole through building effective partnerships within the function and assisting with opportunities to lead the rollout of regional HR initiatives and HR projects

  • Assist with talent review and succession planning process for SEA GM / HMs and SEA HR Leaders

  • Provide administrative support to the SEA regional HR team

Talent Acquisition

  • Initiate recruitment activities using TMX Recruiting

  • Assist in ad hoc recruitment activities at hotels as per request

Compensation & Benefits

  • Assist in the annual compensation cycle review processes

  • Assist in the SEA hotel management team's benefits enrolment and related queries

Other tasks as required from the team

  • Implement and oversee SEA HR Leaders' onboarding and orientation programs

  • Keep current with SEA employment law and human resources policies

  • Excellent attention to detail while multitasking

  • Ability to handle sensitive situations and maintain a high degree of confidentiality

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders and Team Members of all levels (including senior leadership)

  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word and experience and knowledge using HR systems
