Storeroom Clerk

Job Summary

Under general supervision inventories/restocks supplies and maintains work area.  Verifies/signs for incoming supplies. Prepare shipment for hospital delivery.

Essential Functions

• Delivers supplies and equipment throughout the Hospital, in a safe and orderly manner ensuring that par levels and deliveries are met with limited errors. Demonstrates customer focus service.

• Performs PeopleSoft transactions using handhelds applications.

• Complete the replenishment of par locations through par replenishment methods including picking orders, gathering/filling orders.

• Achieve quality and safety expectations including auditing inventory locations for regulatory compliance such as cleanliness, organization, expired supplies, ceiling heights and supplies aligned in the correct locations.
