Business Development Manager, Enterprise
Role responsibilities
As a Business Development Manager, you will develop the Enterprise portfolio of clients and the SHL brand while becoming a Talent Management solutions authority. You will identify and cultivate new opportunities, developing relationships with C-Suite executives and taking ownership of the end-to-end sales cycle.
Requirements
Candidates must have successful B2B product or solution sales experience in the Enterprise sector and confidence in C-Suite negotiations. Experience in consulting or SaaS environments, particularly in HR/talent assessment, is desirable.
