Accountabilities:
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, including discovery, roadmap planning, requirements definition, feature delivery, release management, and post-launch optimization.
- Lead product initiatives focused on healthcare enrollment workflows, including eligibility, ingestion, validation, reconciliation, and downstream integrations.
- Gather, analyze, and document business and regulatory requirements, translating them into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical specifications.
- Collaborate with engineering and QA teams to define priorities, manage backlogs, and ensure high-quality, on-time product delivery.
- Partner closely with UX/UI teams to design intuitive, user-centered workflows that simplify complex enrollment processes.
- Maintain comprehensive product documentation, including release notes, data flow diagrams, and interface specifications.
- Coordinate cross-functional sprint planning and execution while ensuring alignment across distributed teams, including offshore resources.
- Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5–8+ years of product management experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Strong understanding of healthcare enrollment processes, including eligibility, maintenance, reconciliation, and benefits administration.
- Proven ability to translate complex technical and regulatory requirements into clear, actionable product specifications.
- Experience managing product roadmaps, backlogs, and end-to-end delivery in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work across technical and business teams.
- Ability to engage with engineering teams on system behavior, data flows, and production issues when needed.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and ability to operate independently with high ownership.
- Preferred experience with Edifecs tools (EAM, SpecBuilder, TM, ENR, XEServer, XEngine) and healthcare EDI standards (834, 999, TA1).
- Familiarity with cloud-based architectures and modern integration patterns is a plus.
- Competitive annual salary ranging from $115,000 to $140,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
