Job Description
We are looking for a Account Manager OEM to be based in our Swiss Sales office in Wil, SG.
In this customer-facing sales role, you will liaise with our customers' executive management teams. You will build relationships with them to exceed allocated sales targets. These targets are across a broad range of industrial software, power control, and process control solutions. You will achieve your competitive advantage and success by leveraging Rockwell Automation's key areas of innovation and differentiation, our Smart Manufacturing, digitalization technologies and our Connected Enterprise integrated architecture.
You will establish and maintain relationships at assigned and prospect OEM Accounts.
You will be reporting to Sales Manager OEM.
Your Responsibilities - you will do:
- Develop and execute strategic account plans for assigned accounts through disciplined planning and sales execution process.
- Lead the relevant stakeholders, internal and partners in the execution of every tactical actions in pursuit of the strategic objectives defined in the Account Plans.
- Spend at least 70% of time in customer-facing activities.
- Analyse current business levels against allocated sales target and provide monthly, quarterly and yearly sales forecasts to the Sales Leader OEM.
- Stay current on Industry trends, competitors, market drivers and RA offerings.
The Essentials - You Will Have:
- Degree in Business, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
- Good knowledge in OEM industry (F&B, LS, CPG, Automotive and Renewables).
- Experience in a machine builder environment, involved in the management or delivery of solution-based outcomes.
- Minimum of 5 years of outcome-based solutions selling experience
- Demonstrated ability to comfortably interact with our customers' C-Suite.
- Digitalization Software experience will be an added advantage - Cloud Solutions, Data Platform, Edge Solution and more.
- Fluent English and German.

- Fluent Swiss German.
