The Product Analyst supports the product team in making data-informed decisions across the full product lifecycle. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role - ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, comfortable working with data, and eager to grow their product instincts in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment.

The analyst serves as the connective tissue between product strategy and day-to-day delivery: gathering competitive intelligence, validating that shipped features behave as intended (Manual testing and acceptance testing), and synthesizing product data into clear, actionable summaries for the team.

Responsibilities

  • QA - Acceptance Testing & Product Review- Own and execute acceptance tests for new features before release. Define test cases from product specs, log defects clearly, and sign off when criteria are met. Coordinate with engineers to retest after fixes.
  • Test Management - Maintain and expand the team's test suite. Document test scenarios, keep regression sets up to date, and track pass/fail history across releases.
  • Technical Research- Investigate technical questions that arise during product planning - such as API capabilities, third-party integrations, platform constraints, or competitor feature implementation. Produce concise research briefs the PM and engineers can act on.
  • Data Scraping & Gathering- Collect structured product data from internal dashboards, external sources, and competitor surfaces. Maintain clean, well-organized data repositories that the team can reference quickly.
  • Status Summaries- Prepare clear, regular status updates on specific features, initiatives, or research threads. Translate raw data and findings into short, digestible summaries for async team consumption.

Requirements

  • 0–2 years of experience in a product, QA, data, or technical research role
  • Comfortable working with data tools - spreadsheets, SQL basics, or BI dashboards
  • Experience writing test cases or acceptance criteria (formal QA background not required)
  • Familiarity with B2B SaaS products as a user or contributor
  • Strong written communication - clear, concise, no fluff
  • Basic engineering knowledge - Scripting, API, etc
  • Engineering School Bs.c

Traits That Will Make You Successful

  • Detail-oriented - you catch things others miss and care about correctness
  • Proactive - you follow up, flag blockers, and don't wait to be told twice
  • Organized - you keep your work structured and easy for others to pick up
  • Curious - you like to understand why things work the way they do
  • Collaborative - you're comfortable asking questions and sharing findings openly
