Role responsibilities

As the Director of Environmental Services, you will oversee maintenance, housekeeping, laundry, and environmental operations throughout the community. You will lead a hands-on team while ensuring the facility remains safe, clean, compliant, and in excellent condition.

Requirements

Ideal candidates will have at least one year of supervisory experience in environmental services or a related field, along with HVAC experience. Strong knowledge of building systems, safety practices, and the ability to manage budgets and departmental priorities are essential.
