This role acts as a technical bridge between the client and the product, utilizing deep product expertise and technical proficiency in SQL and JMESPathto deliver tailored solutions.The core objective is to empower clients by assisting in the configuration of complex monitoring scenarios, risk rules, and clearance rules. By combining technical execution with effective cross-functional collaboration, this role ensures that clients achieve their business goals and maximize the utility of the company’s product offerings.Your main responsibilitiesClient onboarding and ongoing support:Assist clients and internal teams with data mapping questions and data validation tasks to ensure accurate and efficient data integrationHelp clients write and optimize monitoring scenarios, risk rules, and clearance rules to maximize the effectiveness of our productAttend client meetings to provide technical expertise and support, ensuring clients' needs are addressed promptly and professionallyAssist in troubleshooting various problems raised by clients, ensuring timely and effective resolutionAssist with creating documentation and conducting training sessions to educate clients on how to write and optimize scenarios and rules effectivelyAssist with impact analysis for incidents to understand their effects and support the team in addressing and resolving these issues efficientlyTeam-related tasks: Assist in analyzing the Customer Success team's workload to identify trends and areas for improvementAssist in enhancing internal processes, contributing to increased efficiency and effectiveness within the teamEnsure accuracy and reliability in scenario and rule validationsProduct expertise: Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products, their features, and their applications to provide accurate and insightful support to clientsAssist in enhancing and updating the scenario and rule libraries to ensure they remain comprehensive, accurate, and aligned with clients’ needs Sales assistance: Occasionally attend sales calls to provide technical expertise and support, helping demonstrate the value and capabilities of our product to potential clientsAssist with running tests during the sales cycle to showcase the capabilities and value of our product solutions to potential clientsLocationYou must be an Estonian tax resident.
