Global Financial Crimes Compliance (GFCC) is an organization within Global Risk & Compliance (GRC) and is responsible for leading the enterprise-wide Anti-Money Laundering, Sanctions, and Anti-Corruption compliance functions. This team has global responsibility for identifying, investigating, and reporting suspicious activity, including money laundering and terrorist financing, and provides broad analytical and operational support for the company’s enterprise-wide GFCC control framework.
The newly created second line GFCC Enablement organization will lead efforts across strategic and transformational program development initiatives and projects, synchronizing the function’s ongoing operations, and will provide senior oversight of the function’s systems, data and tools. The Analyst of Change Enablement will support program development through project management activity, partnering with Compliance teams and business partners.
- Support managing global projects to enhance the GFCC Program, ensuring key stakeholder engagement and alignment and timely risk mitigation.
- Problem solving to enable effective resolution of obstacles to project delivery.
- Support documenting program requirements, roles, and responsibilities
- Partner with Compliance SMEs and business partners to track and analyze progress and adherence to compliance standards, ensuring that issues are clearly identified and escalated, and that various stakeholder groups have the relevant information they need to assess progress and remaining risks.
- Support analyzing outputs from existing risk management tools and systems to identify enhancement opportunities and inform decisions.
- Project management skills, with the ability to identify risks and mitigation options through partnership and alignment with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to understand and communicate clear insights from data and information, across varied sources.
- Ability to work independently and successfully balance multiple priorities.
- Exceptional organizational skills and an extremely positive “can-do” attitude.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ability to communicate confidently and effectively with senior stakeholders.
- Strong written and verbal English skillset required
- Flexibility to accommodate schedules with business partners in various time zones when needed.
- Experience within Risk, Audit or Compliance would be beneficial.
- Excellent proficiency in MS Suite.
- Good to have SharePoint exposure.
