MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

•    Understand and analyze tendering regulations related to Company products; indicate any implications and propose amendments if required.
•    Be accountable for a full process of bidding activities within the assigned territory, work closely with respective stakeholders to fulfil the dossiers and submit as required.
•    Check and provide information related to approved bidding dossiers to respective departments.
•    Check and monitor the inventory, custom declaration form and work with Regulatory Affairs team for expired GMP/Visa/CPP products.
•    Handling issues relating to Sales Operation in the area within the given authority.
•    Ensure activities to comply with Company Business Code of Conduct and all local applicable laws within scope of function responsibility.
•    Carry special work as assigned by Management.

MINIMUM BACKGROUND/ EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

•    University degree of Medical/Pharmacy qualification

•    At least 02 years' experience related to tendering/bidding

•    Working experience in healthcare/wellness industry

•    Good communication skill, independent
•    Customer focus
•    Time management
•    Good in working arrangement, teamwork
•    Honest, careful, patient, highly responsible
•    MS Office
