Work closely with executive leadership to define and execute PayPal's product strategy, focusing on growth, customer satisfaction, and partnership management. Partner with cross cutting and product teams across PayPal/Venmo to define strategy for in-store checkout and P2P experiences in the digital wallets ecosystem. Advocate for PayPal and Venmo in determining when and how to become involved with broad, multistakeholder initiatives. Understand the local needs of customers and engage appropriate stakeholders to build products that cater to those needs. Collaborate with engineering, design, product, technology, marketing, sales, and other stakeholders to deliver products that meet customer needs and drive business growth. Coordinate product development with external partners to ensure development addresses cohesive product roadmap that aligns with business goals and customer needs. Work with external partners and global partners to manage wallet partnerships and ensure PayPal and Venmo requirements and considerations are being met. Build and deepen partnerships to accelerate execution and/or de-risk vision for digital wallets.
