Key Responsibilities Redefine backend architecture of core services toward MSA and cloud‑native approachesEstablish and lead system refactoring standards considering resilience, continuous delivery, and observabilityCollaborate with Cloud Architects to design application architectures aligned with infrastructure structuresLead gradual modernization initiatives including legacy module decomposition, module boundary redesign, and API/domain model refinementProvide technical leadership through architecture decisions, code reviews, and development guideline definitionParticipate in defining technical roadmaps scalable to future team and service expansionConduct PoCs for new technologies and drive internal technical knowledge sharingParticipate in architectural decision‑making considering security, performance, scalability, and cost efficiencyDefine service SLA/SLO standards and establish quality and reliability metrics자사 핵심 서비스의 백엔드 아키텍처를 MSA / cloud‑native 방향으로 재정의Resilience, Continuous Delivery, Observability를 고려한 시스템 리팩토링 기준 수립 및 주도Cloud Architect와 협업하여 인프라 구조에 적합한 애플리케이션 아키텍처 설계Legacy 모듈 분해, 모듈 경계 재설계, API 및 도메인 모델 정비 등 점진적 현대화(Migration) 설계 및 실행 리딩아키텍처 의사결정, 코드 리뷰, 개발 가이드 수립 등 기술 리더십 수행파트·팀 단위 확장이 가능한 기술 로드맵 정의 참여신규 기술 도입 시 PoC 수행 및 기술 공유·전파 주도보안, 성능, 확장성, 비용 효율을 고려한 아키텍처 의사결정 참여서비스 SLA/SLO 기준 정의 및 품질·안정성 관리 체계 수립Required Qualifications 8+ years of experience in backend development and software architectureStrong hands‑on experience in designing and building backend software architecturesExperience designing or refactoring architectures for large‑scale or mission‑critical systemsSolid understanding of cloud‑native concepts such as resilience, scalability, CI/CD, and observabilityGood understanding of domain modeling, transactions, and data consistencyExperience providing technical leadership or mentoring within development teams or projectsHands‑on experience in backend system development and operationsExperience designing inter‑service communication using RESTful APIs and/or gRPCPractical experience working in collaborative development and code review environments백엔드 개발 및 Software Architecture 설계 경력 8년 이상소프트웨어 구조 설계 및 구축에 대한 hands‑on 경험대규모 트래픽 또는 미션 크리티컬 시스템의 아키텍처 설계/리팩토링 경험Resilience, Scalability, CI/CD, Observability 기반 cloud‑native 설계 경험도메인 모델링, 트랜잭션 및 데이터 일관성에 대한 이해개발팀 또는 프로젝트 단위 기술 리딩 및 멘토링 경험백엔드 시스템 개발 및 운영 경험RESTful API 및 gRPC 기반 서비스 간 통신 설계 경험협업 중심 개발 문화 및 코드 리뷰 경험Preferred Qualifications Experience designing and operating services in Kubernetes‑based environments such as OpenStackExperience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) in public cloud environmentsExperience with event‑driven architectures or message‑based communication (Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.)Experience applying architectural patterns such as Domain‑Driven Design (DDD) or Clean ArchitectureExperience collaborating closely with DevOps/Cloud teams, including CI/CD pipelines and monitoringExperience in project‑level or...
