Your leadership will be pivotal in expanding our footprint, delivering high-impact solutions, and shaping the future of our water and wastewater projects. Responsibilities include:Lead, manage, and oversee water and wastewater projects from conception to successful completion, ensuring alignment with project scope, budget, and timelineCollaborate closely with clients, stakeholders, and team members to define project objectives, requirements, and technical specificationsConduct in-depth engineering analyses, feasibility studies, and intricate design work for water and wastewater systemsPrepare and review engineering reports, plans, specifications, and other project deliverables to ensure the highest qualityNavigate permitting processes and ensure adherence to local, state, and federal regulations for projectsConduct site visits and assessments to gather essential data and provide technical guidance during construction phasesManage construction activities, meticulously track project documentation, and adeptly address any design modifications or issues that ariseStay ahead of industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices to continually enhance project outcomesQualificationsCandidates must have the following:A bachelor of science degree in civil or environmental engineering from an ABET-accredited programProfessional Engineer (PE) license in Colorado or the ability to obtain within 6 monthsApproximately 10+ years of proven experience in successfully managing water and wastewater engineering projectsProficiency in industry-standard software for hydraulic modeling, CAD design, and project managementStrong comprehension of water treatment, distribution, wastewater collection, and treatment processesExceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey complex technical informationDemonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, multitask effectively, and manage multiple projects concurrentlyAdditional InformationCompensation: The typical salary range for this position is $110,000 to $140,000. Salary depends on several factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience, and may fall outside of the range shown.
