We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead the pre-opening and successful launch of a new luxury resort. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the hotel through all pre-opening phases, ensuring operational readiness.
- Validate the resort's operational concept and guest experience.
- Take ownership of the critical path and ensure project milestones are achieved on time.
- Develop and manage the pre-opening budget.
- Recruit, onboard, and lead the Executive Committee and management team.
- Establish a strong service culture that reflects the property's luxury positioning.
- Drive commercial performance while maintaining exceptional guest satisfaction and operational excellence.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in luxury resorts and villa operations.
- Proven success in hotel pre-openings and project management.
- Strong commercial acumen with solid financial and budgeting skills.
- Excellent relationship management with owners, investors, and key stakeholders.
- Previous experience in Greek island destinations or seasonal luxury resorts.
- Hands-on leadership style with the ability to build, inspire, and develop high-performing teams.
