The Commercial Excellence Leader, India is responsible for driving commercial excellence initiatives and cross‑functional operational efficiency projects to deliver a best‑in‑class customer experience. The role supports the commercial team through data analysis, reporting, and background support as required to meet evolving business needs.

This position partners closely with the India commercial organization to drive process excellence, improve adoption of commercial tools, and ensure the accuracy and reliability of commercial data. The role emphasizes hands‑on execution, system and reporting support, and enablement activities that enhance sales productivity and overall customer experience.

This position reports to the APAC Enablement Leader and is part of the APAC Enablement Team located in India and will be an on-site role.

What you will do:

• Support the execution of commercial excellence initiatives and sales enablement programs aligned with business priorities.
• Provide hands‑on operational support and end‑user training for SFDC, Medallia, CPQ, QlikSense, and other commercial tools used by the India commercial team.
• Manage commercial dashboards and reporting, including KPIs and sales metrics; support data cleansing, validation, and standardization to enable reliable and actionable reporting.
• Deliver insightful analysis and reporting to track performance and support data‑driven decision‑making, including monthly reports, ad‑hoc business unit requests, KPI tracking, and incentive‑related reports.
• Own Territory Management, Target Setting & VCP calculations for India Commercial Team.

Who you are:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, MBA preferred.
• Must have minimum of 5+ years of experience in commercial related disciplines such as marketing, commercial operations, or sales in a B2B environment.

• Solid experience with CRM tools preferably SFDC, BI tools e.g. Qlik.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint.
• Excellent communication skills.

Travel Requirements:

• Some business travel (domestic/overseas) may be required on occasion

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Experience in commercial or commercial excellence roles in Life Sciences, Medical Devices or Biopharmaceuticals Industry.
• Experience in sales territory design including identifying target customers, and annual plans for target customers.
