Health Insurance Enrollment Specialist – Employee Benefits

We’re seeking a Health Insurance Enrollment Specialist who will make a meaningful impact by delivering proactive client service, thoughtful benefits strategy, and a high-touch experience for both clients and employees.

Responsibilities
What You’ll Do / Your Impact
Client Partnership & Risk Strategy
- Support clients with enrollment requests benefits updates and related service needs
- Communicate with clients to confirm completion of enrollment activities and ensure satisfaction
- Address internal and external client inquiries with professionalism and accuracy
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of enrollment and service processes
Operational Excellence
- Accurately process data entry for member and subscriber demographic information benefits elections and COBRA updates
- Maintain documentation within internal systems to ensure accuracy and completeness of client records
- Track and report incoming enrollment requests and completion status for management review
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures regulatory requirements and data accuracy standards
- Work across systems and platforms to maintain efficient and accurate workflows
Strategic Contribution
- Support process improvements by identifying opportunities to refine systems and workflows
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to improve operational efficiency
- Contribute to a high performing team environment focused on accuracy responsiveness and continuous improvement
Qualifications
What You Bring
Required
- Two or more years of recent data entry or administrative experience
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and problem solve efficiently
Preferred
- Experience working with employee benefits including TPA firms COBRA or claims processing
- Familiarity with office technology and data entry systems
- Experience handling client service interactions across phone and digital channels

Additional Information
Compensation:Hourly range: $31-$35 per hour
