Role responsibilities
The HCM Account Executive is responsible for prospecting and developing business sales relationships with potential clients and closing new and expanded sales agreements. They must generate new business opportunities, present Paylocity services, and maintain relationships with existing customers.
Requirements
Candidates should have a high school diploma, with a college degree strongly desired, and 3-5 years of experience in a sales position. Strong presentation, communication, and organizational skills are required, along with a proven track record of sales success.
