Accountabilities:
- Lead end-to-end data science projects, from business problem definition and model development to production deployment, monitoring, and continuous optimization.
- Design, build, and enhance AI-powered solutions, including intelligent security agents, reasoning systems, and advanced machine learning models.
- Develop predictive models, anomaly detection systems, classification algorithms, and other AI capabilities using large and complex datasets.
- Adapt, fine-tune, and optimize large language models (LLMs) for specialized domain applications.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Security teams to translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions.
- Drive best practices in model deployment, CI/CD integration, monitoring, and operational excellence.
- Provide technical leadership, mentor team members, and contribute to the overall growth of multidisciplinary data science initiatives.
- Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 7+ years of hands-on experience delivering end-to-end data science solutions in production environments.
- Strong expertise in machine learning theory, model development, evaluation, and optimization.
- Advanced proficiency in Python and modern data science libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Solid understanding of large language models (LLMs), fine-tuning techniques, and modern AI architectures.
- Excellent analytical thinking, structured problem-solving abilities, and strong communication skills.
- Proven experience collaborating effectively within cross-functional product and engineering teams.
- Experience with ML observability, model monitoring, drift detection, Generative AI, RAG, GraphRAG, semantic search, vector databases, graph technologies, or AI agents is highly valued.
- Background in cybersecurity, network security, firewall policies, or compliance analytics is considered an advantage.
